Bot Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the VoidedNetwork Discord Bot ("Voided Bot", "the Bot") and services provided through it. By interacting with the Bot, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Bot

The Bot provides functionality including Minecraft integration, account linking, moderation, leveling, tickets, community features, minigames and server-management functionality.

Features may be added, modified or removed as VoidedNetwork develops.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Bot to:

• Abuse, exploit or intentionally disrupt the Bot or its services.
• Circumvent moderation, permissions or security systems.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the VoidedNetwork API, Bot, Minecraft servers or related infrastructure.
• Manipulate XP, leveling, counting, account linking or other systems through exploits, bots or unauthorized automation.
• Impersonate another person or fraudulently link accounts.
• Use the Bot in violation of applicable law, Discord policies or community rules.

3. Minecraft Account Linking

You are responsible for linking only Minecraft and Discord accounts that you own or are authorized to use.

VoidedNetwork may remove or invalidate account links where fraud, abuse, compromised accounts or other misuse is suspected.

4. Moderation

The Bot may assist authorized server staff with moderation actions, including warnings, message deletion, timeouts, kicks and bans.

Participation in a VoidedNetwork community remains subject to that community's applicable rules.

5. Tickets and Community Features

The Bot may provide support tickets, leveling, counting, QOTD, minigames and other community functionality.

Users must not intentionally exploit or disrupt these systems.

6. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The Bot, API, Minecraft integration or individual features may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure problems or circumstances outside our control.

7. Changes to the Service

VoidedNetwork may modify, discontinue or introduce Bot features at any time.

These Terms may also be updated to reflect changes to functionality, security requirements, policies or applicable law.

8. Suspension and Termination

Access to some or all Bot functionality may be restricted where we reasonably believe a user is abusing the service, creating a security risk, circumventing restrictions or violating these Terms.

9. Third-Party Platforms

The Bot operates using third-party platforms and services including Discord and Minecraft-related services.

Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms, policies and rules.

10. Disclaimer

The Bot and related services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VoidedNetwork does not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
