We process only the information reasonably required to run, secure and improve VoidedNetwork and its connected features. This policy covers VoidedNetwork website, community and private network integrations.

Depending on the services you use, this may include Minecraft UUID and username, Discord identifiers when linked, server activity, gameplay statistics, account preferences, moderation records, support submissions, IP/security logs, and technical browser or request information.

Minecraft data
VoidedNetwork may store identifiers and gameplay information needed for ranks, permissions, balances, statistics, progression, inventories, linked accounts and other server features.
Website & account data
When you sign in or use account-linked features, we may process identifiers, session information and preferences needed to authenticate you and provide the requested service.
Support & moderation
Support requests, reports, appeals and moderation records may be retained where reasonably necessary to investigate issues, enforce rules, prevent abuse and maintain an audit history.

Store purchases are processed by PayNow, the Merchant of Record. PayNow processes payment-related information under its own privacy policy and buyer terms.
