By accessing or using VoidedNetwork you agree to these Terms of Service, the published Rules & Code of Conduct, and applicable platform rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Access & accounts
You are responsible for accounts you control and for keeping login credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person, access accounts without permission or attempt to bypass account restrictions.
Acceptable use
You must not abuse, disrupt, exploit, attack or interfere with VoidedNetwork, its infrastructure, APIs, staff systems or other users. Cheating, exploit abuse, unauthorised access and deliberate security bypasses are prohibited.
Virtual items, currency & progression
In-game items, balances, statistics, ranks and progression are features of the service and do not represent ownership of real-world property. They may be corrected, removed or restored where reasonably required because of exploits, corruption, moderation or technical faults.
Purchases & PayNow
Purchases made through the VoidedNetwork Store are processed by PayNow, the Merchant of Record. Your payment transaction is therefore also subject to PayNow's applicable legal terms and privacy policy.

Moderation & enforcement
VoidedNetwork may restrict access to protect players, staff or the service, including through warnings, mutes, bans and feature restrictions. Appeals may be available through the official support process.
Availability
Services are provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, outages, updates and third-party failures may temporarily affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Third-party services
VoidedNetwork integrates with third-party platforms such as Minecraft/Microsoft and Discord. Use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, rules and privacy policies.
Changes
Features and these terms may be changed as the service develops or legal/platform requirements change. The revision date on this page identifies the current version.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VoidedNetwork is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unauthorised account access or third-party platform outages.
